Combining on-the-job training (under the close supervision of a skilled craftsperson) along with craft related classroom instruction, an Apprentice learns by doing.  One of the best parts of this approach is that apprentices get paid while they learn on the job and once training is complete, apprentices earn the distinction of journeyworkers.  Visit www.wpaoperators.org
