Prerequisite – Academic Algebra 1. Academic Geometry follows Academic Algebra I in the academic, collegebound student’s mathematical career. This course is designed to accommodate highly motivated students in the study of written formal proofs. The concept of proof writing is developed in a careful and a thorough manner, using both the twocolumn form and the narrative style.
