Prerequisite – Algebra 1A. Algebra 1B is an expanded study of the mechanics of the most basic algebraic concepts and an enhanced study of the applications of arithmetic. This course is designed to accommodate students who need to bolster their mathematics background before attempting to study the concepts of geometry.
